[PUBLIC] New Unit Becoming Available in Camberville

I know a lot of you are looking for new places to live, so I thought I'd run this up the flagpole. My sister is relocating and looking for tenants to fill her cozy hardwood 2-BR on Prospect Street halfway between Central and Inman. Parking (FCFS), 524sqft, great lighting, second-floor, 1800/m. Move-in is negotiable over the course of the summer. If there's interest I can put my hands on pictures fairly soon.

It is about 2,000 feet from Central Square Station. The A/C is window-based.

Do you know how large the bedrooms are? It's a little above my preferred price range, but I might be interested.

They are very cozy - like 9x10 on average - one is a little smaller than the other. The larger fits a Queen bed two narrow bedside tables and a nook for a dresser. The smaller one fits a doublesize bed, a bed side table, a vy small Ikea triange laptop desk and also has a nook area for a dresser. (of course both have closets)
