Lexington

So I spent a great deal of today working on my USS Lexington model. I've got the basic hull structure done, as well as the flight deck, but without the skin it still looks skeletal. When it came time to affix the frames to the deck, I realized that plastic modelling cement wasn't up to the task of bonding balsa to balsa, so I went to Walmart to pick up some Krazy Glue. I found the stuff, and brought it up to the register. To my considerable surprise, I was carded.

Apparently you need to be 18 or older to buy 0.18 oz of Krazy Glue. However, if you do manage to get your hands on it, it bonds balsa to balsa quite well.
