Remarkable Things

So it seems my Battletech game is eating people. A fair number of people at WPI spent almost the whole afternoon crunching production numbers and critiquing the game balance. This is wonderful -- I have a very dedicated testing team ripping the engine apart and finding out where all the rough parts are. Its really an awesome experience.

I'm so glad you found a regular body of players! You invested a lot of time into that campaign, and it's good to see it pay off.

If you can spare the time, I think you should keep a running the events transpiring in the game. It would make for some good reading, m'thinks.

Alas, this is not the MechWarrior campaign I spent a while working on, but instead a new strategic-level wargame that takes place across the entire Inner Sphere, with each team playing a Great House.

Oh, I see. I'd say "bummer," but that's still pretty darned cool. Perhaps now that you have a bunch of players who appreciate the overarching theme and scope, you'll be able to abduct some of them into your campaign once the wargame is concluded.
