For Life

If you're reading this, you probably already know I like Volvos in much the same Bob Kraft likes football, Bill Gates likes money, and GW likes deserting. So whenever my favorite car company makes headlines, I'm keen to read about what they're up to next. It turns out at the Geneva Motor Show, Volvo premiered a concept car designed specifically for women. It includes such features as folding rear seats, gull-wing doors, extended rubber bumpers, and computer-assisted parallel parking. So, is this helping & empowering women, or is it sexism on wheels? Stereotyping or superior? Equalizing or insulting? Love it or leave it?

I know if I could get the gull-wings on my C70, I'd do it in a second.

I'm having trouble reconciling the "gull wing" concept with the "convertible" concept. :)
